Contact our support team via the ticketing portal or live chat within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging to prevent transit damage; include all accessories, manuals, and power cables.
Shipping and Logistics
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
